In the clip, Trump appears in a white lab coat and introduces himself as “Dr Trump,” claiming to offer a treatment plan for individuals allegedly affected by TDS.
The video opens with Trump stating, “Have you or someone you know been diagnosed with TDS? The symptoms can be relentless. Fortunately, I’m Dr. Trump, and I have a treatment plan. Let’s hear what some of my patients have to say.” The sequence then transitions to AI-generated depictions of several well-known public figures who have previously criticized Trump.
The digitally created figures include actors Robert De Niro, Julia Roberts, Edward Norton, and John Leguizamo, along with television personalities Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O’Donnell, all shown as endorsing the fictional treatment. One AI-generated “patient” is heard saying, “I have been suffering for over a decade. And after listening to Dr Trump, I can see some results. Man, I’ve been suffering for years.”
The video concludes with a mock prescription from Trump, stating, “The treatment is simple. Turn off fake news. Say your prayers. And if you ever feel anxious, just have a Diet Coke like me, and you’re going to see a remarkable difference in your life.”
ANI reported that this latest post forms part of a series of AI-generated images and videos shared by Trump in recent months, many of which have generated significant online discussion. One earlier post included an AI-generated image depicting Trump alongside Pope Leo XIV during a period of public disagreement between them, which was later removed from Truth Social following criticism. He subsequently shared another AI-generated image showing himself embracing the pontiff against a backdrop of the United States flag.
The “Dr Trump” video highlights the expanding use of AI-generated content in Trump’s digital communication strategy, reflecting broader concerns and discussions around artificial intelligence, misinformation, and authenticity in political messaging.
